At New York Mutual Underwriters, we are

work hard to maintain the private nature of these relationships. We do, in
the ordinary course of business, gather certain non-public personal
financial and/or health information. We use this as necessary for
providing insurance coverage, servicing accounts, billing, and handling
claims; and we may share such information with affiliated or
non-affiliated companies. However, we do not disclose non-public personal
financial and/or health information about policyholders, customers, former
customers, or consumers to anyone except as permitted by law.
We do not sell customer information.
We do not provide customer information to
anyone for their own marketing purposes.
We require anyone to whom we disclose
non-public personal financial and/or health information to guard its
confidentiality and to use it only for its intended purpose.

We require anyone who gathers such
information on our behalf to guard its confidentiality and to use it only
for its intended purpose.
New York Mutual Underwriters restricts

you to those employees who need to know that information in order to
properly provide products or services to you. We maintain appropriate
physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with
applicable regulatory standards to guard your non-public personal
financial and/or health information.
