Businessowners -
A package policy of property and liability coverages for approved classes
including Restaurants, but not Taverns. Risks which do not satisfy all of
our BOP criteria may be eligible for coverage under our SMP or Commercial
Fire programs. |
| Dwelling Plus -
1 Family Owner-Occupied All Year and Seasonal Dwellings. Coverage is
available for dwellings and contents. Coverage is written with Basic Form
(FL-1R), Residence Burglary and OL&T Liability. Broad Form (FL-2B), CPL, and
several other optional coverages are available. |
| Fire & Allied Lines
- Personal, Commercial & Farm Monoline policies providing coverage for
buildings and business and personal property. |
| General Liability -
Monoline GL policies written with supporting coverage with New York
Mutual or a Member Company. |
| Inland Marine -
Coverage is provided for Livestock and Farm Machinery as well as certain
other types of property. Supporting coverage may be required depending upon
the property involved. |
| Landlords Package -
1-4 Family Non-Owner Occupied Dwellings, 3-4 Family Owner and Tenant
Occupied Dwellings and Student Housing. Coverage is available for dwellings
and premises liability. Personal property coverage is available as an
option. |
| Mobile Homeowners -
1-Family Owner-Occupied All Year and Seasonal. Coverage is available
for mobile homes and contents as well as for personal liability exposure. |
| Special Multi-Peril
- A package policy of Property and Liability Coverages. Restaurant and
Tavern risks are eligible. Coverage is available for buildings, business
personal property and general liability. Several other coverages can be
added as well, such as business interruption, liquor legal liability for
eligible restaurant risks and inland marine. |
